  • Broken

You seem to have broken the app with the last update. The reading history has completed disappeared and now comics frequently won’t load. Please fix this or revert to the past update.
  • Great when it works

I love this app...when the pages actually load. If the comic doesn’t fully load in the first 5 seconds....you’ll be lucky to read it within 30 minutes
  • Last update caused issues

Logging out and back in fixes the “currently reading” issue from the last update, but all previous “read” check marks are still gone and I don’t think it is making new ones either. This is definitely an annoying bug but I’ll put my review back to five stars because the collection is so good. But there are def some other bugs people have mentioned. This app is simply incredible. Selections from the entirety of Marvels history are at your fingertips. There are some noticeable holes but the collection is very very deep. The art looks so much better on the iPad than on my old newsprint comics. I am constantly rereading my old favorites and the classic stories from Stan and Jack and Roy Thomas and Gerry Conway through Bendis, Slott and Aaron.

    Great idea, terrible execution.
  • New Version Very Buggy!

As many have mentioned, the latest version has created so many bugs with the app. The “Currently Reading” section completely disappeared. Marking as “read” doesn’t work for some apps. Sometimes no comics load at all. I saw someone suggest logging out of your account and log back in. This actually brought back the “Currently Reading” section BUT.... MY LIBRARY RESET TO BEFORE THE UPDATE! That was months of comics I’ve added to my library completely gone. Incredibly frustrating! This app would’ve been 4-5 stars if not for this absolutely terrible update. QC YOUR BUILDS BEFORE RELEASING.
  • Page loading and not responsive

When the app works it is great. Frustration comes in when clicking on a title which never loads. Try to download for offline reading gives you an "Oops! Something happened..." which is brutally frustrating.

  • Latest update nearly unusable

This app used to be great, but now it’s making it really difficult to read comics. It stopped marking comics as read weeks ago, and recently stopped showing my recently read comics on the home dashboard. Worse, it gives an OOPS error when I try to download comics, which I’m only trying to do because when I go to read an online comic, it spins incessantly and never loads a single comic page. I’m using a new iPad Pro, my internet is working just fine, this is really frustrating.
  • Amazing (but with data validation issues)

First of all, it's amazing!! Thanks for making this available!! Secondly, can someone clean up the data entry errors one sees throughout the Browse lists because it's got some issues like "Madureira, Jose". Also creators with their names written in all caps makes them float to the top of lists (example: MOORE, BRIAN comes before Ma, Wing). I'm fine with all caps coming first but then the names have to be input correctly. There's also a single entry for "Rob Liefeld, Fabian Nicieza." For titles, the first "The" should be ignored or you get "The Might Thor" showing up in the T section rather than M. These are random examples, there are many more. I'd like to see these data entry and data validation problems fixed soon. Maybe run a daily/weekly report to catch problems and fix them quickly.

Marvel I don’t know what has been up with the app lately but it has been freezing and crashing way too much can’t even read a full comic in peace with out restarting the app and losing my place in the comic. What’s up with that?
